The Dirty Prospector was born from my passion for Australia's modern and time-honoured culinary traditions. After all, our young country with it's ancient palate deserves the finest Australian made blended seasonings, and that's fair dinkum.

Classically trained chefs can sometimes get stuck in a flavour void, where only accepted norms prevail, but travelling extensively around Australia l soon realised our great southern land provides Aussie substitutes every bit as good as herbs and spices from abroad. After all, Indigenous Australians have been using them for thousands of years.

I’m super proud to put my name and reputation behind The Dirty Prospector range of herbs, spices and bush tucker seasonings. So, whether it’s a lamb roast on Sunday, grilled barramundi over an open flame, scrambled eggs for brekky or as a seasoning for your favourite vegan dish, The Dirty Prospector has everyone covered.
